As an AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer / Cloud Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from large and complex datasets hosted on cloud platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying advanced machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, and creating data-driven solutions to address them. You will work with cloud-based data storage and processing tools, applying your expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training. Your work will contribute to optimizing decision-making processes, enhancing customer experiences, and driving innovation through the integration of data science techniques with cloud technologies.

KEY RESULT AREAS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Solutioning and Design
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions utilizing data science techniques, AI algorithms, machine learning models, and cloud services to address pain points.
  • Design optimal solutions and deployment strategies that maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Design AI algorithms and machine learning systems in areas such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Sound Processing, Anomaly Detection, and Forecasting.
  1. Technical Leadership
  • Spearhead exploration of new technologies and promote their adoption within the team.
  • Translate solution designs into detailed tasks for development teams, considering dependencies.
  • Lead task estimation, considering potential risks.
  • Review team outputs to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Assist team members in resolving technical issues with innovative solutions.
  1. Development of Data Science and AI/ML Solutions
  • Develop AI algorithms and train machine learning models, including deep learning, for classification, regression, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
  • Analyze datasets for advanced analytics and visualization.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to generate insights.
  • Conduct data collection and manipulation.
  • Evaluate model performance.
  • Deploy models using cloud deployment technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in advanced analytics, AI, and ML solutions.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading a team of data scientists or AI/ML engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python and AWS cloud services.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
