Key Responsibilities:- Assist in driving strategic initiatives including M&A activities related to our business.
- Support the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute the global partnership program for our new ESG business line.
- Nurture relationships with global partners.
- Collaborate with the CEO/Chairman on executing strategic projects and initiatives.
- Assist in corporate restructuring and optimization efforts.
- 1-3 years experience in investment, M&A, or strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
- Experience working within a global context and in the IT and software industry preferred.
- An MBA from a reputable institution is advantageous.
