Main Responsibilities
  • Create, test, and optimize automated workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools to streamline processes.
  • Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to enhance productivity.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects that meet business needs.
  • Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new AI tools and automation methods to drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Ai-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools to drive results.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus, but not required for this position.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver who can work independently across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to apply automation principles to real-world problems and drive business outcomes.
