Lead Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Lead to drive the development and execution of automated test strategies for our comprehensive ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex ERP solutions and a proven track record of delivering high-quality automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Automated Test Strategies: Develop and maintain custom test automation frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Mentor QA Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior team members on framework-specific patterns and best practices.
  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to solve testing challenges.
  • Ensure High-Quality Deliverables: Analyze and communicate test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to apply them to existing projects and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in test automation for multi-platform, multi-user web-based applications.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with Agile – Scrum, Kanban, or Lean development processes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Mercurial, or Git.
