Project Planning Expert Role

The Project Planning Expert will be responsible for ensuring timely and profitable delivery of allocated projects. This involves planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to guarantee successful outcomes.


Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies, incorporating expertise in scheduling techniques and tools.
  • Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and align other Breakdown structures with project baselines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze trends using numerical and statistical methods.
  • Lead a team of professionals providing planning/scheduling services and promote staff development.
  • Manage cost and resource loaded baselines and current schedules, utilizing approved work breakdown structures and techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to project control standards across the project.
  • Support risk management, change control, and cost control teams as required.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis for monthly reports.
  • Analyze trends, generate performance indicators, and provide feedback on potential risks and opportunities.

Tech Requirements
  • Highly developed skills in Primavera P6 software.
  • At least 25 years of experience in Planning & Schedule Management.
  • Background in large water-related construction projects or programs.
