Job Overview
  • Identify opportunities for new processes or significant changes to existing ones, driving transformative initiatives rather than incremental gains.
  • Design future-state workflows that enhance operational effectiveness, combining strategy, process, and automation to achieve remarkable results.

You'll work closely with various teams to gather insights and validate opportunities for radical improvement.

Key Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in service operations, continuous improvement, or CX strategy, with a proven track record of driving transformative initiatives.
  • Strong analytical thinking: ability to simplify complex systems, reduce handoffs, and eliminate waste, with a focus on groundbreaking solutions.
