Crypto Customer Success Specialist

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve server and community experience, increase engagement, and activity.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, helping us to continually improve.
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives, guiding and mentoring them to achieve success.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support at all times.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Intercom, to enhance customer relationships.
  • Ability to navigate community management tools like Telegram and Discord, facilitating seamless communication.
  • Strong customer orientation and adaptability in responding to diverse customer types.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
