Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Gaming SEO Director with a proven track record of driving organic growth in the i-gaming industry. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple brands, managing cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO Strategy & Management
    • Design and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies to improve search rankings, drive traffic, and boost conversions for gaming clients.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis specific to the gaming vertical, including sports betting, casino, and online gaming.
    • Optimize website architecture, content, and technical elements to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
    • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Stay current with the latest search engine algorithm updates and best practices in the industry.
  • Team Leadership & Project Management
    • Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, content creators, and marketers to deliver high-quality SEO projects on time and within budget.
    • Manage multiple concurrent SEO projects, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet business objectives.
    • Establish and maintain robust SEO workflows, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • I-Gaming Expertise
    • Navigate complex regulatory requirements and compliance considerations across different jurisdictions, ensuring seamless project execution.
    • Develop geo-targeting strategies for various markets and licensing restrictions, optimizing SEO efforts for maximum impact.
    • Collaborate with content teams to develop responsible gaming messaging and SEO-friendly content that balances user engagement with regulatory compliance.
  • Technical SEO & Analytics
    • Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven recommendations.
    • Collaborate with development teams to optimize website performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and improved search engine rankings.
    • Set up and maintain tracking systems using Google Analytics, Search Console, and specialized SEO tools to monitor performance and inform data-driven decisions.
    Requirements
    Experience Requirements
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in managerial or senior leadership positions in SEO or digital marketing, preferably in the i-gaming industry.
    • Demonstrated success in managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously, driving measurable organic traffic growth, and improving search engine rankings.
    • Advanced knowledge of SEO tools, including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
    Industry Knowledge
    • Deep understanding of i-gaming regulations and compliance requirements, including licensing restrictions and geo-targeting strategies.
    • Knowledge of affiliate marketing dynamics in the gaming industry, including payment processing and licensing considerations.
