Medical Operations Manager

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to manage our office operations. This role requires prior experience working in a medical, clinic, or hospital setting as you will be handling sensitive patient information, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or virtual reception.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and patient reminders with accuracy and care.
- Maintain and update patient and office records in scheduling systems and CRMs.
- Support executives with document preparation, meeting notes, and task follow-ups.
- Coordinate smooth day-to-day office and scheduling operations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical setting and strong organizational skills. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and have experience with scheduling or CRM tools. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
