Job Summary:

A Data Operations Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of data within an organization. This position bridges the gap between technical and business operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient data processing systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Quality Assurance: Identifying and resolving data quality issues such as duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies to ensure accurate data analysis.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Managing existing data pipelines to collect data from ingestion, processing, and distribution across different systems, maximizing data efficiency and reducing errors.
  • Process Optimization: Analyzing operational processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, leading to enhanced productivity and efficiency.
  • System Administration: Maintaining and troubleshooting data and reporting systems, including routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation.
  • BAU Ownership: Manage and process existing BAU automated processes, providing first-level incident support and maintaining an Ops Manual for ease of issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in data operations or related field.
