Financial Operations Specialist

As a seasoned Bookkeeper, you will oversee critical financial operations across two interconnected businesses. Your expertise in QuickBooks and ability to manage accounts payable processes will be essential in maintaining accurate records.
You will work closely with leadership and other key stakeholders to optimize financial processes and systems. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health of both operations through a mix of independent work and collaborative efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience with North American clients
- Advanced QuickBooks proficiency
- Experience managing multi-company accounting operations
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable practices
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Proven ability to improve processes and document systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience handling sensitive financial data confidentially
- Comfortable working independently with clear communication
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- HMO coverage available in eligible locations
- Permanent work-from-home setup
- Immediate hiring
This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time). Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours.
