Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing streamlined, user-friendly processes that improve accessibility, navigation, and overall efficiency within the platform.

Additionally, the candidate will partner with project managers to define requirements, timelines, specifications, and budgets for system updates or enhancements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing the existing ServiceNow framework to identify challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Designing and implementing new configurations to ensure smooth adoption with minimal business disruption.
  • Delivering training sessions to staff on updated processes and platform functionalities.
  • Providing consistent project status reports to supervisors and key stakeholders.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving ServiceNow-related issues for both internal users and external customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with experience configuring ITSM service catalog.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night or weekend hours as needed.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals Certification is preferred.
