We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Associate Manager to join our Group Risk Management function within the Second Line. The successful applicant will provide support primarily to Non-IT related Third Party Risk Management for the Banking Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, manage, and monitor applicable risks;
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders within GRM and the business;
  • Embed risk management awareness and practices within the business;
  • Facilitate the execution of risk management policies and procedures within the First Line;
  • Support the implementation and periodic enhancement of the TPRM framework, including policies, procedures, and toolkits;
  • Review, analyze, and oversee Risk Events and Action Plans;
  • Support the performance, coordination, and review of Third Party Risk Assessments;
  • Record relevant risk-related information in Citco's designated system of record;
  • Prepare accurate, comprehensive, and impactful reporting; and
  • Provide risk and control awareness training and guidance to employees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Holds a relevant Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum of four years' overall experience in Risk Management - financial services;
  • Knowledge and experience of the Third Party Risk Management advantageous;
  • Team player with experience of working effectively as part of a global team;
  • Highly collaborative, innovative, and effective interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrates a 'Check and challenge' mentality;
  • Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail, ideally with experience of data analytics tools; and
  • Effective project and time management skills, including ability to multi-task and operate successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
