About the Job
We are looking for a skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers via email and live chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Meet daily SLA/KPI metrics by resolving customer technical issues efficiently.
- Utilize Zendesk to manage customer interactions and respond to product-related issues, general questions, and order-related inquiries.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication to address customer concerns and offer solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce customer service or a service center troubleshooting products.
- High proficiency in computers and online tools, including Zendesk, Shopify, and G Suite.
- Experience answering complex customer inquiries regarding product knowledge and troubleshooting via email and live chat.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Able to work occasional overtime during high-volume periods.
