At WHR Global Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the production process from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires exceptional project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively allocate resources and tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules for multiple projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team leads to establish timelines and milestones for project phases.
  • Monitor progress against schedules and make adjustments as needed to address any delays or changes in project scope.
Task Allocation
  • Assign tasks to team members based on their skills, experience, and availability.
  • Ensure workloads are balanced to meet deadlines without overburdening team members.
  • Provide clear and concise task briefs, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and deliverables.
Resource Allocation
  • Manage the allocation of resources, including staff, time, and equipment, to ensure projects have what they need to proceed smoothly.
  • Coordinate with department heads to secure necessary resources and resolve any conflicts or shortages.
  • Track resource usage and optimize allocation to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Facilitate meetings and communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Present project progress, risks, and solutions to senior management and other stakeholders.
Budget Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Track project expenses and report on budget status to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
