Enterprise Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Coordinator to manage strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and deep utilization of services.

This role involves building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in administrative support, able to work with minimal supervision. Familiarity with project management tools and navigation apps is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
