You will be utilizing your logistical expertise as a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, customs documentation, and carrier relationships across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipment Tracking: Ensure timely arrival and departure of shipments.
  • Customs Documentation Coordination: Prepare necessary customs documentation for international shipments.
  • Shipment Coordination: Oversee daily shipment operations to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Carrier Management: Negotiate rates and ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with freight forwarding, shipping lines, or brokerage firms.
  • Experience with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices).
  • Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and validation tasks.
  • Proficiency in modern software, technology, and computer systems.
  • Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya.
  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or similar field.
  • Licensed customs broker.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
  • Client management experience is an asset.

Technical Requirements:

  • PC Hardware (Windows) with≥ 8GB RAM.
  • Intel Core i5 6th gen or above.
  • AMD Ryzen 3 or above.
  • Internet Service with minimum speed of 25 mbps.
  • Routine internet connection is essential.
  • Available HDD Space: 50 GB.
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
