About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our fast-growing organization. This role will be critical in overseeing end-to-end logistics operations—from production planning with external partners to final-mile delivery coordination.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, systems-savvy, and has proven experience optimizing supply chains for physical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Production and Logistics: Work with domestic and international manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow.
  • Manage Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Oversee freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Track Inventory and Reconcile Discrepancies: Monitor inventory movement across ERP, 3PL, and internal systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Forecast Inventory Needs: Collaborate with Ops, CX, and Finance teams to forecast inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
  • Lead Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs across manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations to avoid fines and penalties.
Ideal Background
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations: 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR) and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Experience with 3PLs and Freight Forwarders: Experience working with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders to streamline supply chain operations.

This position will report to the Director of Operations and play a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels.
