At our organization, we strive to provide exceptional technology solutions. Our team requires a skilled Systems Administrator to support our IT infrastructure.

This role involves monitoring and maintaining our on-premises data centers and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will utilize modern monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, and automation techniques to ensure system stability, security, and performance.

  • Continuously monitor on-premises and cloud infrastructure using tools like Grafana, Zabbix, and Cloud monitoring tools.
  • Configure and manage cloud services such as Compute Instances, Block Volumes, Object Storage, VCNs (Virtual Cloud Networks), and Load Balancers.
  • Implement and manage IAM Policies, Compartments, and Tagging for resource organization and access control.
  • Optimize cloud resources for cost and performance using tools like Cost Analysis.
  • Configure and maintain Database Services, such as Autonomous Databases and DB Systems.
  • Use Terraform to manage and provision cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to adopt and refine infrastructure best practices.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and changes via ServiceNow ITSM tools.
  • Develop and maintain scripts in Bash, Python, PERL, Ruby, or similar languages to automate routine tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.
  • Share knowledge with team members to foster collaboration and faster problem resolution.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in system administration across on-premises and cloud environments. They should possess Linux/Unix fundamentals, File Systems troubleshooting, and good understanding of various tools/services available by default with the Operating System.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have knowledge of concepts like DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, and understanding of RAID/DAS/SAN/NAS storage solutions.

Experience working with Terraform and automation tools like Cloud CLI is essential. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Zabbix, and Cloud Monitoring is also required.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities are necessary, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
