At Affiliate Growth Strategist, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive growth and scale our affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source, onboard, manage relationships, and optimize performance of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and affiliates.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze performance data, provide actionable recommendations, and track affiliate performance using internal data.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging KOLs to expand our network.

This role requires a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results.
  • Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships that drive ROI.
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Fluent, flawless English—both written and spoken.
