Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Professional

The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of relevant experience in software testing, with expertise in manual and automated testing tools, Agile methodologies, and industry best practices. They will work closely with the development team to identify defects, develop test plans, and ensure high-quality software applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize software defects using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely impact existing product features.
  • Promote a culture of quality throughout the development cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in software testing.
  • Extensive knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc.).
  • Proficiency with issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., GitHub Issues, Jira, Zephyr, TestRail) and version control systems such as GitHub.
