ProductSoftware Tester

Conduct pre-release and post-implementation product tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality standards at SeaBank, part of Sea Group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting various pre-release and post-implementation tests (user acceptance, industry, post-implementation) to ensure product quality
• Writing test cases and obtaining approval from stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test cases based on business requirements
• Reporting bugs and errors to product managers and development teams, ensuring close monitoring of defect resolution and retesting
• Providing prompt updates on testing progress and escalating potential risks to test completion
• Documenting test cases, test results, and defect management for required sign-offs
• Identifying and proposing ways to improve UAT efficiency
• Planning test schedules, manpower/tester requirements, setup, and configuration prior to test implementation; managing overall schedule, reporting risks and issues

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 0-3 years of work experience in Product/Software Testing; open to fresh graduates
• Basic knowledge in IT (web, mobile, software, network) and software development
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
