Key Business Analyst Role

This is a critical position that plays a pivotal role in the internal implementation of a suite of revenue cycle technology. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving process improvements and delivering exceptional results.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal assessment meetings with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive design documentation, leveraging best practice recommendations from industry experts.
  • Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation project.
  • Translate technical documentation into clear, actionable guidance for development and quality assurance teams.
  • Analyze test results to identify and resolve errors efficiently.
  • Work with large datasets to uncover opportunities for improvement and present findings to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide expert support to clients utilizing the technology suite post-deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose application bugs and gather supporting documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Proven ability to document complex business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
