Job Title

Supply Chain Coordinator

 

  • Manage logistics operations, including documentation, customs compliance, and shipping arrangements.
  • Ensure international trade regulations compliance and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor goods delivery and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Negotiate rates and validate invoices for shipments.
  • Comply with laws and regulations regarding purchasing procedures and best practices.
  • Receive and process deliveries, update databases, and track transactions.
  • Evaluate potential suppliers and update the Vendor List.
  • Process Purchase Request Forms, Purchase Orders, and consolidate monitoring of Purchase Orders.
  • Adjust prices with suppliers due to significant cost fluctuations.
  • Record orders placed and shipments received, updating inventory levels accordingly.
  • Coordinate with other departments for purchases of specialized materials or equipment.
  • Work directly with suppliers to obtain bids on new or ongoing projects.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, database entry, document compilation, encoding, and maintaining the Asset Inventory.
  • Encode supply requisitions for departments, communicate with suppliers and service providers, and prepare requests for payment.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding defective equipment within warranty periods and service providers for repair and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years in logistics or administrative roles within a warehouse, supply chain environment, or construction company.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective multitasking and prioritization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant data analytics applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred residence in Southern regions (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite).
