The Customer Care Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate product information and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Handling high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via various channels, including calls, emails, chats, and social media.
- Maintaining a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making.
- Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience handling customer service.
- Omnichannel experience (chats, emails, phone, social media).
- Able to work under pressure and stress in a fast-paced startup environment.
