Virtual Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, including database management, data entry, and email handling. They should also be proficient in using LinkedIn and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general administrative duties to ensure business operations run smoothly.
  • Perform data entry and database management tasks, including adding new records, managing existing records, and updating records.
  • Assist with the provision of information from the database to front office staff.
  • Manage inbound email queries from potential customers and clients and ensure they are passed to the relevant consultants.
  • Update the database through handling job advertisement responses.
