Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team at DBOS. In this role, you will be responsible for calendar management, email coordination, and performing various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events to optimize team time management.
  • Email Coordination: Manage inboxes, respond to inquiries, and flag important messages to ensure smooth communication.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and database maintenance.
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping Support (Preferred): Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Communication: Liaise between team members and clients to ensure clear and professional communication.
  • Research & Other Tasks: Conduct research and assist with various administrative functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or virtual assistant roles is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in office tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with email management tools and scheduling software is preferred.
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience is desirable; training will be provided.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
