- Set priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.">
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance management.">
- Lead team-building, strategic planning, and CSR activities.">
- Oversee onboarding, attendance, and employee well-being.">
- Maintain attrition below 10% and address personal/work issues.">
- Communicate team status during crises and recommend solutions.">
- Submit regular performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.">
- Drive process improvements and implement initiatives to boost efficiency.">

- Bachelor's/College Degree in marketing, business management or other related fields.">
- At least 3-5 years' experience in revenue forecasting and analysis.">
- At least 3 years of people management experience.">
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and deductive reasoning skills.">
- Good communicator and strong presentation skills.">
- Experience in events and events management is a plus.">
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, project management, and delegation skills.">
- Ability to work under pressure.">
- Deadline-driven and attention to detail.">
- Organized and very systematic in handling tasks at hand.">
- Very proactive in stakeholder management, project ownership, and team coordination.">
- Results-oriented.">
