Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee TikTok Shop marketing for multiple brands, driving measurable results and amplifying brand visibility and sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI-focused affiliate marketing strategies, scaling e-commerce results through sub-accounts and content re-posting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage TikTok Shop marketing campaigns for 5–10 accounts simultaneously, including product listings, promotions, and performance tracking.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies, collaborating with influencers to create engaging, on-brand content tailored to TikTok's platform.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and generating actionable insights.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • 1+ year managing TikTok Shop marketing for multiple brands.
  • Agency experience is required, with a history of managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's platform, trends, and user behavior.
