About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and preparing bid packages, working closely with project managers and estimators to ensure timely submission of high-quality bids.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bid Preparation and Submission:

  • Manage and coordinate bid packages, including RFPs, technical specifications, and drawings.
  • Ensure that all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with the requirements set out in the request for proposal documents.

Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain all bid documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with submission guidelines.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with project managers, estimators, and other team members to gather necessary information and facilitate comprehensive bid preparation.

Requirements:

  • Construction industry experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings is a plus.
  • Proven track record of multitasking, time management, and critical thinking.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office products knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
