The Search Evaluation team is responsible for enhancing search user experience and contributing to the growth of our products. This involves manually assessing search queries and results pages using evaluation standards as a baseline.

We provide search and evaluation services for international products, supported by global members who conduct evaluations according to unified guidelines. Our scope includes multiple search sections such as basic search experience, recommended search, search advertising, and search security.

Responsibilities may include exposure to sensitive content related to everyday life, including bullying, hate speech, child safety, and other topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents.
  • Judge user search needs through various queries and tools, classifying requirements.
  • Identify types of search bad cases and rate the quality of results.
  • Provide ideal search results and feedback suggestions for policy improvement.
  • Work on projects outside core areas as needed, applying assessment methods flexibly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent language skills in Tagalog and English.
  • Knowledge about search engines and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of local culture and internet usage habits.
