Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Liaison to provide exceptional customer service for our Healthcare Account in Cebu City. This role requires a professional who can effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service via phone calls and other communication channels
• Update client databases with accurate information
• Promote additional products and services to existing clients
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
