Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary rate of $49,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This position is based on a day shift schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in application support functions, specifically with SQL Server 2005/2008/2010/2012 and PL-SQL.
  • Familiarity with retail/POS/ERP knowledge and strong database understanding.
  • Expertise in solutioning, issue analysis, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to handle various project activities, including information gathering, analyzing gathered information, documenting functional or business requirements, creating test plans, and performing user acceptance testing.

The ideal candidate will be adept at retail processes and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Functional knowledge of retail/POS/ERP systems.
