Position: Level 1 Call Center Agent (No BPO Experience Required)

Location: Six Eleven Center

Join SixEleven Center as an entry-level L1 Call Center Agent, the first point of contact for our customers. This role is perfect for those looking to start a career in customer service. You'll receive full training to help you assist customers professionally and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Handle incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries.
  2. Document customer interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  5. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to senior agents.
TEST INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. To complete this onboarding and application phase, you need to allocate around 30 minutes.
  2. You need to encode your personal information as accurately as possible.
  3. After that, you will proceed to a self-service interview.

Requirements:
  1. No prior BPO experience is needed - we welcome fresh graduates and individuals looking to start their career.
  2. Strong communication skills (both speaking and writing).
  3. Basic computer skills and comfort with using software and technology used by call center agents to manage customer interactions.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.
  5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
