Customer Profitability Review (CPR) Support Role

As a key member of our Pricing team, you will be responsible for conducting analysis and review of pricing, costing, operational process, and profit for selected customers. You will analyze data using GSMART and other Pricing tools to provide actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Commercial, Operations, and other Pricing teams in developing, implementing, and tracking recommended actions.
  • Reviewing pricing requests for new and existing business and developing regional pricing proposals based on projected volumes, revenues, costs, and anticipated margins.
  • Working closely with BU's and/or other regions to ensure timely pricing proposals are developed and consolidated, and assessed for profitability and competitiveness.
  • Collaborating with Consultants in reviews of pricing strategies, tariff proposals, and discounting strategies that support decision making and customer negotiations.
  • Understanding and challenging pricing strategies, ensuring adherence to Regional and/or Global Pricing Policy, analyzing and understanding local market conditions and trends.
  • Tracking and monitoring the accuracy of price/surcharge implementation and maintaining accurate pricing logs.

Expected qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years experience in product and or service pricing role, or in marketing or business analysis position.
  • Experience in pricing or costing.

Education: Degree in Business/Finance.
