Senior Manager Role

This is a supervisory position responsible for managing store operations, achieving sales and profit targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Approve or disapprove leave applications in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager.
  • Assist the Store Manager in community relations activities to enhance brand reputation.
  • Clarify tasks and schedules to ensure crew productivity.
  • Ensure completeness of government permits and store requirements.
  • Monitor and control cash flow, employee discipline, and company policies.
  • Optimize crew schedule and man-hours usage to improve productivity.
  • Implement safety and security programs to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key performance indicators.
  • Execute cleaning activities and implement store merchandising standards.
  • Implement cost management activities and standards during shifts.
  • Interact with customers to gather feedback and implement suggestions.
  • Implement proper store maintenance and equipment checklists.
  • Lead the service crew to achieve highest product quality and supply availability.
  • Maintain office organization and orderliness.
  • Manage inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Manage crisis prevention programs and processes during shifts.
  • Oversee floor control and shift operations.
  • Monitor crew performance and motivate team members to achieve shift objectives.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • College graduate preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.
Experience:
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience in a restaurant or quick service restaurant setting.
