Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Accounting Professional. We are seeking an individual with expertise in financial analysis, cash management, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in finance or accountancy, with relevant experience in accounts receivables, order-to-cash, and general ledger maintenance. They will be proficient in using Oracle System, Adbook, and/or Salesforce, Archimedes, CRM software, although this is not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer creation and amendments, as well as adjustments within allowed turn-around times.
  • Support internal and external customers by providing quick and accurate resolution.
  • Perform complete set up or amendment of customer details which will be reflected on invoices as requested by the business.
  • Process billing interface from various source systems and manual invoice requests.
  • Process payment allocations from various payment gateways.
  • Perform balance sheet and supplier account reconciliations.
  • Extract audit trail reports across all systems and verify against customer accounts created or amended in Oracle.
  • Process adjustments and urgent requests accurately and on a timely basis.
