Job Summary

This role requires interacting with customers via phone, email and other channels to address their inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints in accordance with established protocols
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding when addressing customer concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by our company
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • At least 6 months experience in a call center environment handling Spanish-speaking customers
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with computer software applications and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to type accurately and efficiently
