Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in U.S. accounting principles, with extensive experience in the real estate industry.

The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, payments, and payroll, and reconciling bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed financial reports, generating insights on financial activities, and creating charts, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate findings to executives and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will analyze key metrics, identify trends, and research market conditions, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks to support strategic planning.

They will provide actionable recommendations to optimize operations, increase revenue, and improve profitability.

A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting is essential, along with proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and Xero (certifications preferred).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
