About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Platform Developer to power our platform of autonomous AI agents. This individual will architect and implement core services that interface with AI workflows, manage data access from structured and unstructured sources, and support seamless orchestration between AI layers and data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop performant, production-grade backend APIs and services using serverless architectures and cloud platforms.
  • Integrate structured and unstructured data access layers with AI frameworks and tools.
  • Develop retrieval pipelines using vector databases to enable semantic search for AI agents.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to support workflow automation across a shared data lake.
  • Create and maintain task routing, memory management, and agent orchestration logic.
  • Contribute to platform-level observability, metrics, logging, and diagnostics for agentic tasks.
  • Deploy and manage scalable backend systems for AI or data platforms.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in developing AI-driven solutions, with strong programming skills in Python and Node.js.
  • Deep understanding of serverless architectures, microservices, and cloud computing, including AWS and Azure.
  • Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and tools.
  • Working knowledge of vector databases and semantic search techniques.
  • Solid database and API design expertise, particularly with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience building scalable, low-latency backend systems for AI or data platforms.
