"]Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification
- Maintain great phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle denials and follow-ups, correcting denial claims and resubmitting claims as necessary
- Submit electronic and paper claims to primary, secondary, and third-party insurance companies
- Record and verify explanation of benefits
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, verifying insurance, follow-ups, and authorizations
- Strong interest in US Healthcare Claims Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Customer service experience in Insurance Billing
- HIPAA Certification is highly desirable
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Impartial and highly organized
- Computer savvy and willing to learn new systems
- Great work attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working night shifts
