Job Opportunity

The Role of a Relationship Manager involves fostering strong ties with corporate clients, encompassing local conglomerates and multinational corporations.

  • Effective management of a portfolio of corporate clients to ensure profitability.
  • Cultivating trust and partnerships with clients by initiating regular contact, client engagement, and site visits to address their needs in a timely manner while adhering to regulatory and internal policies.
  • Ensuring the attainment of income and volume targets through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Maintaining a competitive edge in the market, resulting in optimized customer satisfaction, retention, and wallet share.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience with the bank by soliciting customer feedback, conducting competitive scans, and gathering market intelligence, and collaborating closely with product groups, channels, operations, legal, and compliance units.
  • Collaboration with Credit partners in structuring loan packages and timely line renewals.
  • Training Service Associates on daily activities to achieve client expectations and bank objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related field, such as Banking, Accounting, or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in banking serving corporate accounts, either as part of service staff, account management, products, or channels, and/or related disciplines.
  • Knowledgeable in markets, credit, lending, operations, credit policies, risk management, and commercial banking products and services to facilitate cross-selling.
  • Experience working with corporate clients.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, able to analyze and research information, driven and motivated, professional, ethical, and possess good marketing skills and client empathy.
