Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control Staff to join our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc. As a key member of the response team for handling customer complaints from China, you will be responsible for communicating with Chinese clients, managing complaint responses, and ensuring efficient resolution of issues.

Key Tasks
- Communicate with Chinese customers, the China office, and the manufacturing department to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage complaint responses, internal audits, document preparation, on-site manufacturing inspections, and follow-ups.

Essential Requirements
- Engineering experience or quality assurance experience with sufficient Chinese language skills for effective communication.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in an electronic components manufacturer.

Working Schedule
The working schedule is Monday to Friday 07:30~17:15.
