Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client communications effectively
  • Handle calls and email inquiries with professionalism
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as accounts management, document preparation, email management, and more
  • Manage marketing and social media activities to promote the company's brand
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
  • Represent the company's core values internally and externally
  • Supply data and information to the leadership team as needed
  • Perform additional services as required, which may be related or unrelated to primary obligations
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
  • Good communication skills
  • A quiet and dedicated home office environment
  • Availability for flexible shift work
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 10MBPS) with backup available
  • Dependable electricity supply with power backup available
  • A computer with at least 8-gen i3 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows or MAC operating system, and SSD disc
