Marketing Expert

We are seeking a Marketing Expert to assist in formulating and executing marketing plans for assigned products/categories designed to achieve sales, units, and profit objectives.

  1. To assist in developing and executing the marketing strategy for assigned brands/products. The plan outlines the short-term and long-term goals of the product category, the tactics, and specific action plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.
  2. To collaborate with the Marketing Manager on product and package development of new and existing products and determine selling features (i.e., sizes, pricing, and product claims).
  3. To work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute specific strategies and plans for the brand:
    • Sales promotion activities and merchandising programs in conjunction with the Sales Department.
    • Digital/social media advertising programs in conjunction with the Advertising agency.
    • Advertising programs in conjunction with the Creative and Media agencies.
    • PR activities.
  4. To prepare and manage budgets (units, sales, and A&P spending) for the assigned brands.
  5. To coordinate with the toll packer and Logistics for inventory requirements.
  6. To conduct market research in securing market analyses and consumer reactions to products, concepts, and advertising.
  7. To conduct periodic store checks and submit findings/observations.
  8. To prepare periodic brand and marketing budget reviews.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of Marketing experience with an FMCG company.
