About EHS Technical Writer Position

EastWest BPO seeks a skilled and detail-oriented EHS Technical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and reviewing technical safety documentation sold to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in technical writing, environmental science, or a related field, and minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the EHS field.

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, familiarity with EHS regulations and guidelines, such as OSHA and EPA, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and adaptability and accountability.

This role is a full-time position with a graveyard shift schedule, working 5 days a week with 2 days off, subject to change when needed.

The salary for this position will depend on the candidate's level of qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Write and copy-edit EHS technical documentation to meet regulatory and online auditing platform requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest EHS regulations and guidelines and ensure all technical safety documentation reflects these requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts for documentation.
