About the Role:
The Data Operations Specialist serves as a bridge between the data operations teams and senior team members. In this role, you will manage complex data tasks, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute complex data manipulation tasks, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices.
- Provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of team outputs
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance targets.
- A professional with 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools is a plus.
