About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our Helpware team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general assistance and support to specific areas within the organization, addressing day-to-day concerns of team members.

Main Responsibilities

  • Compensation and Benefits Awareness: Provide company-wide compensation and benefits orientation to team members, as well as compensation and benefits awareness.
  • Policy Update Coordination: Assist in conducting road shows with team members on policy updates, process changes, or similar topics. Ensure efficient processing of visa applications for team members and work permits for expatriates.
  • Membership and Benefits Management: Prepare required documentation and coordinate with external parties, as necessary (Immigration lawyer, DFA, embassy, etc.). Manage membership, availment, and claims processing of all company-granted and government-mandated benefits.
  • Leave Balance Monitoring: Monitor leave applications and balances of eligible team members. Ensure that monthly leave reports are published as scheduled. Regularly coordinate and communicate with clinic personnel to ensure health and wellness programs are executed properly.

Supporting Functions

  • HR Hotline Operations: Manage the day-to-day operation of the HR Hotline.
  • Ticketing System Usage: Ensure service level agreements are complied with through voice, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions. Ensure that CBHRS team members accurately use the Ticketing System to track and monitor all issues/concerns, making sure these are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Calls Distribution and Management: Maintain and monitor calls to C&B team using the Call Management Server (CMS) and make sure that all calls are properly distributed to all C&B team members.
  • New Hire Orientation Support: Assist in conducting C/B orientations to all new hires and C/B benefits awareness for program 1 for non-agents.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports based on accurate employment data.
  • Data Request Handling: Act as point of contact for both internal and external data requests, verification, and reports using employee data. Maintain accurate team member data in the employee database based on official documents (government records, forms), status change forms, and other official sources of team member information.
  • HRIS Setup and Training: Maintain setup values in HR database to align with organizational changes/needs. Conduct end-user training/orientations on processes and procedures related to HRIS tools.
