Senior IT Security Manager

The Senior IT Security Manager plays a pivotal role in safeguarding an organization's digital assets by overseeing the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive security measures. This individual is responsible for developing and maintaining robust network architectures that ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Design and Implementation:
  • Design, deploy, and manage Cisco-based network solutions, including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls, to create a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
  • Implement Palo Alto Networks firewalls, ensuring proper configuration of security policies, VPNs, and threat prevention features to minimize vulnerabilities and protect against cyber threats.
  • Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams, documentation, and configurations to facilitate easy identification and resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with certifications in the relevant area.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in IT security or a related field.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent knowledge and skills.
  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge and skills.
  • Palo Alto Networks certification or equivalent knowledge and skills.
