We have technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, and our mission is to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

The Property Manager will be responsible for locating viable properties for the company and overseeing their maintenance and upkeep.

This full-time position is based in Subic, Zambales, with occasional travel to different office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Sourcing: Locate and coordinate potential office locations that meet our requirements.
  • Expense Management: Ensure all property expenses, taxes, and maintenance costs are up-to-date and within budget.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of our properties and manage repairs as needed.
  • Employee Support: Resolve employee complaints related to properties and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property management staff.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team members' skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure all staff comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within budget.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Safety and Security: Oversee safety and security protocols for all properties to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property performance for senior management.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.
  • Documentation: Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Certification: Certified Property Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Able to work on a flexible work schedule.
  • Self-Motivation: Resourceful, self-reliant, self-motivated.
  • Driver's License: Possesses a valid driver's license.
